I have been taking photos since college when I was given a Yashica film camera by my father.  It required mastering photography basics.  F-stops, shutter speeds and ISO settings to attain the desired image.  It was a great way to learn photography.  Since then I have moved to a digital environment utilizing Nikon D3 and Nikon D850 as preferred equipment.  My preferred lens is a Nikon AF Micro Nikkor 105MM 1:2.8 D, although I use a variety of Nikkor lenses depending on the subject.  As a freelance photographer I love not only taking the picture but also working with photoshop to develop them.

I have lived in Chicago, San Francisco and currently reside in New York City.  Most photography has been taken during travels to Europe and Asia.  Enjoy!
